PREAMBLE

All digital assets, source code, algorithms, visual interfaces, and proprietary methodologies contained within this domain are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the materials solely for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing. In no event shall the Company, its directors, employees, partners, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Company’s website, even if the Company or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cruesoft Technologies, its affiliates, officers, directors, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of this Agreement; or (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. The User hereby waives any objection to jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
